Prototyping: Efficient Project Completion
BMJ's prototyping services allow you to create an economical "pilot" mold to produce sample parts before building costly production molds and the manufacturing process begins.
These test samples offer a number of benefits, including:
- Locate and correct potential production mold problems, such as ejecting complex shapes from the mold
- Correct all part design issues: be it mold related (i.e. over-molding) or product functionality issues
- Most efficient, economical method to achieve successful
product completion
Once the pilot molds are tested and approved, you can be assured that
the completion of the production mold will be flawless, efficient,
problem free and ready for production.
